Prime Medical collects and processes personal data submitted through application forms for open positions, for the purpose of conducting the selection process of potential job candidates. The collector collects data exclusively from applicants who complete the form available on this website (including name and surname, email address, phone number, and motivation letter) and upload their documentation, such as a curriculum vitae. The legal basis for processing this data is the necessity of taking steps in order to conclude a contract with the persons to whom the data relate.
Concerning the collection of data via the contact form available on this website, it is not the controller’s intention to collect personal data. However, such data may be processed if the individual concerned provides information such as their name, surname, and/or an email address containing personal identifiers. In such circumstances, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring effective communication.
4) Recipients of personal data
We do not disclose personal data collected through this website to external recipients. Access to such data may be granted to our affiliated entities acting as processors, on the basis of a data processing agreement concluded in accordance with applicable regulations, and solely for the purpose of administering job applications and handling other inquiries.
5) Transfer of personal data to other countries
Personal data is processed within the Republic of Serbia and the European Union, i.e. in countries that, pursuant to Serbian legislation, are deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
6) Period of storage of personal data, i.e. criteria for its determination
Personal data of job candidates is erased without undue delay upon completion of the selection procedure for the respective open position. Personal data collected through the contact form (names and email addresses) is retained only for as long as necessary to maintain communication, and in any event shall be deleted no later than one month following the last communication.
7) Rights of the person to whom the data relate
In connection with the processing of personal data within the collector's activities on this website, any individual concerned has the right to request from the operator:
• to be informed truthfully and fully about the processing of personal data that relate to them;
• the right to access and/or obtain a copy of personal data that relate to them;
• the right to rectify or complete inaccurate or incomplete data at any time;
• the right to erasure, which may be exercised in accordance with legal requirements, including when: personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; the individual concerned has objected to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller and there is no other legal basis for processing; personal data has been unlawfully processed; or personal data must be erased in order to comply with the controller’s legal obligations.
