Primea is exceptional because of its exceptionally versatile and dedicated staff. The position of a Head Nurse combines administration, patient care, and collaboration between medical teams. As such, this role requires expertise, strong communication skills, and leadership experience.

Core Responsibilities

‍

      • Leading and supervising the team: Organizing, directing, and evaluating the work of nursing staff; ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and healthcare standards.

      • Monitoring the quality of services and patient workflow: Overseeing and optimizing patient treatment processes; coordinating admissions, triage, diagnostics, and therapy;

        participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

      • Managing processes and equipment: Developing and implementing protocols; maintaining documentation; managing medical equipment and medications (ensuring their

        functionality and availability).

Your Qualifications

‍

• Diploma from a Secondary Medical School and passed State Professional Exam
  
• Completed Higher Medical School with passed State Licensing Exam
  
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
  
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership position (preferably in outpatient or clinic settings)
  
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Able to manage teams in high-volume settings
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Willingness to adopt new processes and digital tools
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with digital scheduling platforms
  
• Additional training or certification in clinical management or healthcare administration
  
• Prior involvement in quality improvement or accreditation processes
