‍About the Role

‍

As a General Practitioner in Primea’s team, you will provide a broad range of primary healthcare services: from assessing acute and chronic conditions, preventive check-ups, and vaccinations to minor procedures. The role includes both direct patient contact and virtual consultations.

Core Responsibilities

‍‍

       • Preventive and basic healthcare: Organizing and implementing health maintenance measures, prevention, and risk factor management; conducting basic preventive exams

        and general health assessments.

       • Diagnostics and urgent medical care: Performing diagnostics and therapy planning; providing urgent medical care; prescribing medications and maintaining medical records.

       • Minor medical procedures and team support: Performing minor procedures such as suture removal and wound care; administering vaccines according to the current

        immunization guidelines; assisting colleagues as needed.

Your Qualifications

‍

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in Serbia
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in primary care settings
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're approachable, empathetic, and clear
  
• Familiarity with digital tools, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms
  
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  
• Passion for proactive and preventive care, not just reactive treatment
  
  

Preferred Skills

‍

• Basic reanimation and wound suturing skills
  
• Familiarity with ECG and spirometry interpretation
  
• Experience with allergy and flu treatments
  
• Background in preventive medicine and vaccinations
  
• Confident in prescribing medications and conducting physical exams
